Color Friendly

Two things I don't like to see or hear are a colorless closet, and the words " but i don't look good in color" or " I don't feel comfortable in color". I speak from experience I have had customers who used to walk into the store and pick out everything that was black, brown, cream or white; even though the pieces they picked do come in other colors. When asked why, the response was always " I don't know, I just never go for the colors", or " omg no I can't, they are too bright".

There is nothing wrong with colors, In fact colors can determine how you feel sometimes. Not just that but it can also help you change your mood and it can help you set a statement or stand out in a crowd. Imagine eating skittles or m&ms that are black & white, in a way it takes all the fun out of eating it and it won't look appealing to the eye. therefore people won't eat it as much.

It drives me crazy when I walk into a party and every girl there is dressed in black. I understand it's an evening event and you want to look classy and elegant, but guess what you can still look classy, elegant and sophisticated wearing colors. The Little black dress will always remain in style, the color black itself is a classic and it will always and forever remain in style. It's ok to pair the black dress with hot pink bumps or any colored bumps. You want to stand out at a party and not blend it with the crowd. Walk in and make a statement, make people recognize that you are actually at the party.

People get afraid of colors, instead of experimenting they stick to the basics. It's OK to experiment, and play with colors. It's actually FUN.Get out there and buy a new pair of Neon heels or any colored heels. Get a pair of colored skirts, dresses and shirts and pair them with what you have in your closet and I promise you, you will feel and see the difference one color or many can make.
